This print is a replica of an original painting created by Dr. Andrew Solomon (deceased, Ottawa, ON).
It reflects Dr. Solomon's passion for fly fishing. Not only was he an avid Fly Fisher, he created beautiful fly rods and tied exceptional fly ties (lures) that were pieces of art in themselves. He was exceptionally attached to the Margaree Islands to which he travelled annually for many years to fly fish with his dear wife, Huldah Solomon. As a Scientist and a Physician, he possessed an extaraordinary eye for detail that is reflected in his paintings and was matched by his legendary in-depth storytelling.
The paper used in these posters comes with a smooth satin finish for a high-end feel. Each poster features a white border.
